Mexico / MXLOBO Guide

Set gambling limits before starting

Gambling can cause losses and affect wellbeing. It is not an investment, a solution to debts or a reliable way to earn income. MXLOBO's original material states a minimum age of 18; you must also comply with the rules of your territory.

Set money and time limits before gambling

If you decide to participate, use only money you can lose without affecting housing, food, savings or commitments. Set a time limit and stop when you reach it. Do not expand your budget after a loss to try to compensate.

  • Do not borrow or use another person's money to bet.
  • Do not gamble when you need to solve a financial emergency.
  • Do not consider a bonus as available income.
  • Avoid gambling under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
  • Keep devices and credentials out of children's reach.

A practical way to track things is to note your starting balance, deposits, withdrawals and elapsed time. A bonus, VIP reward or pending bet is not money received in your bank. Look at all transactions together, not just the last round.

Recognise when you need to stop

Hiding spending, chasing losses, postponing obligations or feeling unable to stop are reasons to take a break and seek support. You do not have to wait for an extreme problem to speak with a trusted person or professional.

If the operator offers limits, temporary breaks or self-exclusion, check their scope and how to request them. We have not tested those tools at MXLOBO and do not claim they are available. Check these options through your account help and keep confirmation of any request.

Seek support through verifiable channels

Contact a local healthcare or addiction support service and explain how gambling affects your life. If you need immediate assistance, use your local emergency services. This publication does not provide clinical care or manage self-exclusions.

To review general informational resources, you can consult Gambling Therapy in Spanish. Check the service itself for its formats, hours and scope. We do not provide unverified telephone numbers or promise permanent assistance.

An account block should not be resolved by creating another profile. If you self-exclude, avoid new access and seek support to maintain the decision. The pages on accounts and payments are not intended to encourage you to continue when gambling is harming you.
